When visiting Philipsburg our top recommendation would be to explore the city of Philipsburg. You can explore the city by taking a walk on the boardwalk or by going window-shopping on the waterfront street located just a block behind the boardwalk. The boardwalk is located less than 5 miles from our property!
Another great experience for you and your friends and family would be to visit Great Bay Beach. This beach is a two-mile-long stretch of white sandy beach that is in the heart of Philipsburg. With its proximity to the cruise terminal, it offers an amazing view of all the ships coming in and out of port! This beach is located just 4 miles away from your property with Sundance Vacations!

Things to do
When visiting Naples the go-to place to visit is Lowdermilk Park. This is one of Naples’ premier beachfront parks! This park has a concession stand, volleyball courts, two children’s playgrounds, picnic tables, restrooms, shower facilities and more. This park is located just 4.5 miles away from our property!
The Bird Gardens of Naples is another location that is a must see! This is a non-profit organization that has a sole purpose of helping parrots. This location offers visitors the chance to see, learn, and interact with over 100 birds from around the world! If weather permits, you may even get the opportunity to take photos and hold the birds!
If you’re a lover of sunsets, a Naples sunset is something that you just need to see! The best spot to see the sunset is the Naples Pier! (For our 21+ travelers, Naples Pier now sells beer and wine!) No two sunsets are alike so this would be a unique experience while on vacations with friends or family. Naples Pier is located less than 7 miles away from our property.

Koloa, Hawaii
Travelling to Hawaii is a once in a lifetime experience and Sundance Vacations is happy to help you have that experience! Sundance Vacations is always expanding inventory and we have recently added a new property in Hawaii! The average temperature in Koloa, Hawaii ranges from 60°F – 80°F throughout the entire year!
Things to do
It’s safe to say that almost everyone travelling to Hawaii wants to experience a Hawaiian beach. Luckily for travelers with Sundance Vacations, our property in Koloa has 2 beaches within 3 miles of it. Not to mention the Lawai beach is directly onsite.
While the beach is a blast, there are so many other things to experience when visiting! Wailua Falls is an easily accessible location to visit to see a waterfall with an 80-foot drop. For our movie lovers, you may recognize this location from the opening credits of the movie “Fantasy Island.”
Another beautiful location in Hawaii is the Kalalau Lookout. This is extremely popular and is said to be the most beautiful view in Hawaii. This lookout gives you a view into the heart of Kalalau Valley – which happens to be one of the most photographed and well recognized valleys in all of Hawaii. This valley served as the backdrop for several movies including, “King Kong” (the original), “Jurassic Park,” and more!
