National Parks

There are a total of nine national parks in Hawaii, ranging from wide-open vistas to towering volcanoes spurting ash and smoke. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park was voted as the #1 best national park to visit in 2023 by Hawaii Magazine, and the photos bursting with shades of orange are enough to show why. The park’s tourism rate increased by 2.5% from 2022 to 2023. Hike or ride mules through miles of trails, watch stunning sunrises and sunsets, and enjoy an active day in the Hawaiian outdoors!
