Living Shores Aquarium
Living Shores Aquarium is located at Story Land in Glen, NH. This indoor water adventure is open year-round and is New Hampshire’s first aquarium! See sharks, otters, and a new favorite of many visitors, axolotls! General admission tickets are $19.99 online. You can add stingray feeding to your base ticket for only $6.99! Exploration Monday for Tots takes place on Mondays from September 12th – October 24th and is an event for children to create crafts and learn about marine life!
Black Mountain Stables
We mentioned riding ceramic carousel horses earlier, but how about the real thing instead? Black Mountain Stables offers pony rides and trail rides Thursday through Monday, weather permitting. There are various ride times throughout the day starting at 10 AM and ending at 4 PM. Group rides, private rides, and children’s meadow rides are available options. Reservations are required to be made ahead of time, so begin planning your outing today!
