Recently, a reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer, contacted us stating he was going to write an article on Sundance Vacations and our service provider Travel Advantage Network (TAN). We responded to his questions and TAN even connected him with a Sundance Vacations’ traveler.
This is the email our traveler sent to Jeff Gelles after that interview.

Jeff,
I just wanted to let you know how I felt about our meeting at my house.
I really am disappointed in your attitudes toward TAN.
I feel as a reporter you should come to an interview with an open mind. I believe you have your mind set on how TAN operates before you came to my house.
Upon leaving, I said to you, “I would like to see your story, when you write it”. You said to me, “Just so you know, it will be mostly negative”.
I am thinking about that statement and don’t understand how you could leave my house with, “mostly negative”, information. I only said one think negative, and that was about one place we didn’t like. We stayed in at least 4 different TAN places a year, in the last 12 years!!! That does not sound bad to me!!!!
I love TAN and feel sorry for people who don’t know how to fully use TAN. All of my friends that use TAN, also, love TAN. I have hundreds of bookings with friends and family!!!
Here is my friend (name removed for privacy) phone number, 215-xxx-xxxx (removed for privacy). He is a member of TAN longer than me. He purchased weeks. He is not a wholesale owner like I am. He upgraded to a VIP just recently. That does not sound like a member with a negative attitude!
I LOVE TAN AND DON’T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITH OUT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL WITH THEM!
I am hoping you will report on both sides of the story! The good and the bad! Not just your opinion!
