National Customer Service Week runs 10/06/14-10/10/14 – NCS
To celebrate all the fantastic customer service staff, Sundance Vacations has planned a week of fun activities for the team. Today is “Washout Wednesday” and the Executives and Managers are washing the cars of everyone in the department. Check out the other fun events this week.
Message in a Bottle Monday – All staff will have the chance to send their favorite customer of the day a positive message in a bright blue Sundance Vacation’s Sole Survivor Water Bottle.
Tension Free Tuesday – Each NCS employee will receive a 15 minute massage between 4pm and 6pm.
Wash Out Wednesday – Executives and Managers from the Corporate Office will wash every NCS employee car.
Taco Thursday – NCS staff will be treated to a La Tolteca lunch break. Enjoy!
Festive Friday – At 3pm, the names of each customer service representative who held the highest NPS score for each individual day of the week ( including Friday) will be entered into a drawing. The name selected will win a $25 Visa Gift card!
